'Texas gumbo' is what the natives call the soil in the lone star state. It is dark and rich, but can be hard and tough to work with. This canvas got lots of abuse during it's creation and shows the scratches, wear and tears that make it feel like it is as old as dirt. This drop was made custom for photographer Jeremy Cowart, originally for a Garth Brooks shoot, but pictured here is TK McKamy, one of today's outstanding music video directors.
